GENERAL

I can't remember my password?

      • In the login screen, you can click on 'Forgot password' to set a new password

I can't remember my login (email address)?

I can't log in?

      • If you have ever logged in through our website, please use that same login
      • Check that you weren't previously logged in via your social logins (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and log in again via this route

I'm not receiving my verification email?

      • Use the button to resend it
      • Check that you weren't previously logged in via your social logins (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and log in again via this route

How can I log out

      • Through the 'More' module, you'll find a 'Log out' button under the 'Personal preferences' section

DASHBOARD

How can I delete a message on the dashboard?

      • If you swipe the message to the left a trash can icon pops up that allows you to delete the message

MESSAGES

Can I set a message to (un)read?

      • If you swipe the message to the right you can mark it as (un)read

TIMESHEETS

How do I close (lock) my timesheet?

      • From the monthly overview, click the colored button with lock at the top right
      • From the weekly overview, scroll to the bottom and click on the colored button with lock icon

I can't see a project row

      • Click on a week. In this weekly overview, scroll to the bottom and click 'Add a row'. Select the desired row

I can't see my 2nd project or overtime project

      • Click on a week. In this weekly overview, scroll to the bottom and click 'Add a row'. Select the desired row

What does the 'Reset timesheet' button do?

      • When you click 'Reset timesheet' your timesheet will be reset to the state of a 1st 'Creation' timesheet, Any changes already made will be lost.

My timesheet remains "In approval"?

      • Your timesheet has yet to be approved by the approver. If necessary, contact the approver to perform the appropriate actions.

How to designate a Home Office day. (for Project Consultants only)

      • It is required by law to report your home office days. In the weekly overviews, you can check the home office days on a daily basis.

ABSENCES (FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY)

How can I select a range of connecting days / period?

      • Just click on the first day of the absence and then on the last day of the absence. The period is now automatically selected

Can I still edit my absence?

      • As long as an absence has not yet been approved, you can cancel and reapply for it

How can I update my sick leave after a doctor's visit? (e.g. change the date or upload a doctor's note)

      • You can notify your sick leave first, then adjust the period and upload your doctor's note at a later time, e.g. after your doctor's visit.
      • To adjust the period, you can click 'Edit' at the top right of your sick leave notification.
      • To add your doctor's note, click on the colored 'Add Attachment' button in your sick leave notification.

Where can I find the details of my leave balance?

      • In the "Absences" module, you'll find your leave balance at the top. Clicking on this leave balance will display the detail counters.

How can I take WTR?

      • WTR falls under the heading of vacation. You simply request "Vacation", then behind the scenes our payroll system will write off the appropriate vacation in accordance with the legal order.

What is the difference between WTR and Recovery days?

      • WTR is leave you accrue by performing more project hours than your employment contract indicates e.g. 40/38, but still fall under regular hours.
      • Recovery days include extra overtime and overtime hours you performed above the weekly (project) schedule. Often these are additional hours in consultation with the client and your work company.

INVOICES (FOR FREELANCERS ONLY)

Why don't I get a PO yet?

      • Check whether your timesheet is still in approval. A PO is not created until the timesheet is approved. If necessary, contact the approver.

APPOINTMENTS

Can I add an appointment to my personal calendar on my device (iCal)

      • When you open the appointment click 'Add to my calendar' to place the appointment in your calendar

When you receive a cancellation appointment, you must click on 'Add to my calendar' again to remove it from your calendar
